Rockstar's official description of Ambrosia sets up the power structure of the sugar town in two sentences: the Allied Crystal refinery provides the jobs, and "the local biker gang provides almost everything else." The gang's name isn't in that copy — it's on the riders themselves. Official screenshots published on rockstargames.com/VI show a pack of bikers whose sleeveless cuts carry Final Chapter patches, with a hooded-skeleton-and-book logo playing on the club's name. Fan databases such as GTAbase have catalogued the details visible in those shots: an "Est. 1982" date on the patches and an "Enforcer" rank tab on one member's jacket, suggesting a traditional outlaw-club hierarchy.
That makes the Final Chapter MC the closest thing GTA VI's official materials have to a named street gang so far — most of the game's other confirmed outfits are crews, labels, and business fronts. Its territory is telling: Ambrosia is Rockstar's company town, inspired by Clewiston, Florida, and the official framing of refinery-plus-biker-gang mirrors a real pattern in rural Florida, where outlaw motorcycle clubs like the Outlaws MC have long operated along the state's inland corridors.
No individual member has been named, and Rockstar hasn't said how the club figures into Jason and Lucia's story — whether as employers, rivals, or scenery. Given that the club effectively runs the one town where GTA VI's class politics are most explicit, most outlets expect more than a cameo, but that's expectation, not confirmation.
Bikers are one of GTA's most durable factions: the Angels of Death and the Lost MC anchored GTA IV's The Lost and Damned and returned throughout GTA V and GTA Online's Bikers update. The Final Chapter — established 1982, per its own patches — reads as Leonida's entry in that lineage, an aging club whose name itself jokes about being the end of the line.
