The Hawk & Little Morgan Revolver was revealed by Rockstar Games as part of the Grand Theft Auto VI Ultimate Edition announced in June 2026. Rockstar's own description, quoted in Kotaku's edition guide, promises "his and hers" versions of the revolver for Jason and Lucia, with classic Vice City stylings sourced from the Vercetti Estate — palm-tree-etched grips, engraved detailing, and a high-performance scope.
The Vercetti Estate reference is a deliberate callback to Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and its protagonist Tommy Vertti's mansion, and coverage of the reveal noted that the two engraved variants carry serial numbers referencing the release dates of Vice City and Vice City Stories. Analyses such as TheGamer's weapon roundup read the Morgan's large frame and long barrel as appearing based on the Smith & Wesson Model 629, the stainless .44 Magnum familiar from decades of action cinema.
Hawk & Little is one of Rockstar's established fictional gunmakers — it produced GTA V's standard Pistol and Heavy Pistol, among others — so the branding places the Morgan squarely in series continuity. Big-bore revolvers have been GTA fixtures since Vice City's Colt Python-styled .357, and Red Dead Redemption 2 built entire loadouts around engraved signature revolvers, a tradition the Morgan's personalized variants clearly inherit.
Unconfirmed: whether a standard, non-engraved Morgan is available outside the Ultimate Edition, its ammunition type, and its performance. Rockstar has only shown the collector variants tied to pre-order bonuses.
